State Rep. Blaine Wilhour welcomed Hannah Neeley from his hometown of St. Elmo today to serve as his Page-for-A-Day in the Illinois House of Representatives. Hannah plans to go to college to become a lawyer and maybe someday serve our community as a state representative.
Pages spend the day at the Capitol shadowing Rep. Wilhour at committee hearings, meetings, and during Session on the House Floor. They learn about the voting process and listen in on debate on issues that impact the people of Illinois.
