A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held at the John Boos & Co. on South Banker Street for the Thies Avenue, Airport Road and dedication of Schutzbach Street in Effingham on Wednesday morning. These projects were made possible with the help of over $1.4 million in DCEO grant funds and $770,000 in other funds through the State of Illinois.
