Rep. Blaine Wilhour is encouraging college students around the district to apply for the $500 scholarships that are made available by the Illinois Sheriff’s Association. Applications are available online and must be submitted to your local Sheriff’s Office by March 15. Students must be permanent Illinois residents and enrolled full time at an Illinois school.
