8:30 – 10:00 a.m. Ramsey Village Hall (401 S. Superior Street)
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Evans Public Library (215 S. 5th St., Vandalia)
1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Mulberry Grove Village Hall (205 N. Wood Street)
