“Thank you to Ms. Mildred Cowger and Ms. Kacy Perry for the opportunity to speak to the 4th Grade students today at Altamont Grade School,” commented Rep. Blaine. “We covered the difference between state and federal government and how a co-equal government should operate. I appreciated all of questions from the students and hope this experience with their elected official will spark an interest in public service some day.”
