The Midwestern Legislative Conference of The Council of State Governments is presenting a webinar series on Midwestern state responses to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through a six-part series, state legislators, legislative staff, executive branch officials, and interested stakeholders will convene for conversations on topics related to how our region’s policymakers are responding to the impact the pandemic is having on their residents and communities.
The second installment of the webinar series will be offered on April 23, and will be hosted by the MLC Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee. The webinar will focus on getting small rural businesses the capital they need, the impact of COVID-19 on agriculture commodities and what states are doing to help agriculture and natural resource industries and rural communities.
