State Rep. Blaine Wilhour welcomed Pastor Dallas Bear of Freedom Church in Salem (Marion County) on Friday, May 30, 2025 to give the opening prayer at the beginning of legislative session for the day.
Pastor Bear is formerly the district legislative assistant to Rep. Brad Halbrook in Effingham and Rep. Adam Niemerg of Teutopolis. His wife Lori Bear is the district director for Rep. Wilhour in the Louisville office.
