Deputy Circuit Clerk Sheila Horbord of Fayette County was presented a special certificate by Legislative Assistant Lori Bear on behalf of State Rep. Blaine Wilhour for her 45 years of service to the court system in Illinois.
A “surprise retirement party” was given on Tuesday with “flash mob” presentations by Sheila’s co-workers at the Courthouse in Vandalia. Judges and court personnel had nothing but good things to say about Sheila’s good work ethic and positive and fun attitude towards all she worded with over four decades.
