Rep. Wilhour to Host Next Town Hall in Vandalia

January 24, 2024 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM

State Representative Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City) will host his next town hall event on Wednesday, January 24 for a legislative update on the General Assembly and answer questions about state programs and public policy concerns for constituents of the 110th District. The town hall will be hosted at Kaskaskia College – Vandalia Center located at 2310 W. Fillmore Street from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

“My town hall meetings provide an opportunity for constituents to learn about the activities of the Illinois legislature and to discuss issues that impact them, their families, and their communities,” commented Rep. Blaine Wilhour, the ranking Republican Spokesman of both the Appropriations-Elementary & Secondary Education Committee and the Small Business, Tech Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Committee. “Taxpayers deserve honest answers from their elected officials about how their money is being spent by the government and have their concerns heard. Face-to-face meetings like this are part of the accountability we provide to those who send us to Springfield to fight for them.”
