State Rep. Blaine Wilhour (110th District) hosted an open house at his district office in Louisville as part of the “Christmas in the Village” event on Friday, December 22, 2023. Children were given coloring books with State of Illinois symbols like the white-tailed deer, cardinal bird and blue gill fish, as well as information about President Abraham Lincoln and How a Bill Becomes a Law.
In addition to candy canes and treats, sixty-one (61) children signed up for the “Elf” themed gift basket drawing with items from the popular Christmas movie with items like a Mr. Potatohead and etcha-sketch toy. Congratulations to Mackenzie, our winner this year!
