State Rep. Blaine Wilhour (110th District) spoke at the annual meeting of the Marion County Farm Bureau in Salem on Monday evening Nov. 13, 2023. A farmer himself, Rep. Wilhour stressed the importance of having farmers and people with an agriculture perspective in the General Assembly because agriculture is the number one industry in Illinois.
