State Rep. Blaine Wilhour (R-Beecher City) joined the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce in welcoming Garrett Ziegler back home to Illinois on Friday. Ziegler, an Altamont native, is currently serving President Donald Trump as Senior Policy Analyst in the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy.
